ROYAL 100A – General Retail Purchase Order & Security Agreement
The 100A is intended for use in sales to farmers, businesses and other entities EXEMPT from state and federal consumer credit protection. Minimum order – 400.
ROYAL 100CP – Consumer Retail Purchase Order & Security Agreement
The 100CP is especially designed for sale of CONSUMER products where installment credit contracts are involved. This form has a NOTICE provision in the body of the form which discloses that if payments under the contract are assigned to a third party, the third party is subject to any defense to payment by the purchaser to the same extent as the seller and limits the purchaser’s recovery under the contract to any amounts previously paid. This disclosure is required by some state consumer credit statutes to preserve the remedies of the consumer in the event of the seller’s failure to perform under the contract. This disclosure is NOT required in a non-consumer or commercial sale and does not appear on the form 100A. Minimum order - 400
Information applicable to both 100A and 100CP…Copies three and four become a “Merchandise Delivery Acknowledgement” form. Copy three has a perforation mid-page allowing the bottom half to be used as the customer’s copy. The forms provide a “Customer Certification”, as well as a space for listing any missing safety equipment and/or ROPS. The dealer certification and customer acknowledgement that the customer has been advised of the safety features and proper operation of the equipment and acknowledges having reviewed the instruction goes beyond the concern of ROPS but does raise the level of safety awareness to the dealer and to the customer. 4 part, snap-out, carbon interleaved. Royal 149 – Speed Memo
This form is an efficient and convenient way to communicate with customers, suppliers and your company personnel. Type or write your message. Keep the second copy and send the other two. The recipient can jot down his/her reply, keep a copy and return the other to you. All persons concerned will have a copy of the correspondence. Royal 201-N – New Machine Inventory Card Sales Record
Royal 201-U – For Used Machines
Royal 201-N and U provide a control system when you create one card for each machine on hand and purchased or taken in trade. When machine is sold, file card by customer name. Back side of cards provide for “washout” and record of service work performed. Size: 5” x 8” Minimum order – 500 each
ROYAL 211 – Part Removal Ticket (ROB Ticket)

ROYAL 258 – Workman’s Daily Time Record
An efficient way to help you account for shop time and boost shop profits. The 258 is a two part form, carbon interleaved. Part one consists of perforated strips, gummed on the back on which job details and time are recorded. Each strip which represents one job is torn off and affixed to the repair order.
Part two of the form is a hard copy. At the end of the day, this form will contain a complete record of the day’s work for each mechanic. The form may be turned in to the shop foreman for approval, then to the general manager for review and on to the accounting department for payroll and permanent record. ROYAL 363 – Parts Back Order
An accurate record of all special orders in the Parts Department. Customer’s signature helps eliminate the possibility that merchandise will not be picked up, or that parts bins are filled with back ordered items. Fill in the appropriate description. Have customer sign and give him/her the yellow (second) copy. When back ordered items arrive, use the 3rd (tag copy) as a postcard to notify the customer that his merchandise is ready to be picked up. ROYAL 414 – Sales Quotation
A written confirmation of price and description of equipment. Arrangement for pickup and delivery. A tool to measure a salesperson’s productivity. An instrument to record future sales leads. ROYAL 528 – Equipment Rental Agreement (Long Term Rental)
This form is designed for use in connection with a quarterly or seasonal term rental. It also provides for the Lessee, providing liability and property insurance naming Lessor as a named insured. The 528 includes an option for the Lessee to purchase the equipment. 3 part, snap-out, carbon interleaved. Plain only. Size: 8 ½” x 11” Minimum order – 100
ROYAL 538 – Rental Contract (Short Term Rental)
Designed especially for use in connected with short term rentals which do not include an option for the Lessee to purchase the equipment. There is no provision for insurance as it would be impractical on a short term lease, however, there is a provision for a hold harmless and indemnification by the Lessee for any damages that may result in the use of the equipment. 3 part, snap-out, carbon interleaved. ROYAL 565 – Delivery and Pickup Order
This form is used to write instructions for pickup of machines to be serviced and repaired. Avoids verbal instructions. Follow-up on equipment to be brought in. Use pull-out carbon copy as reminder record of trade-ins, demonstrators and rental units to be picked up. Prevents loss due to misplaced or lost machines. BUSINESS CHECKS
Both continuous feed and laser checks are available. All checks meet Check 21 banking standards. There are check selections available for most business systems and there are envelopes available for most checks.
To place a first-time order for checks, you must obtain either an original sample check or a bank specifications form from your bank.
All checks are carbonless and different numbers of copies are available depending on your business system and/or on the type of check you select. The minimum quantity of checks is 1,000.
